1) Spray hubcap with soapy water or window cleaner. Pull sticker from paper backing, wetting it also to prevent sticking together. This will let you move it around on the hubcap to align it properly.

2) Vinyl Design (The sticker) Place on your hubcap WET and slide it into place. Let it dry overnight.

* Hair dryer will speed drying but do not over heat sticker.
